I meant to post this on Wed I was just too busy. This past Wednesday marked six weeks of going hard. My waist is def getting smaller, glutes are getting perky, hamstrings and quads are growing and getting stronger, and my arms are looking toned. I am still reading fitness articles, teaching myself more about nutrition, and learning what works for my body and schedule. I have a lot of room left for growth but in the mean time I am working on my fitness notebook to keep track of my routines and meal planning and just to be more organized in general so when you all ask me questions I can answer them for you guys. Bare with me people I am getting ready to be able to give very knowledgeable advice to you (: I do encourage you all to learn as much as you can about your own body before asking someone else what works for them.
